An Okaloosa County Department of Corrections official says Patricia Skelly was extremely combative, attempted to wriggle out of handcuffs, escape from a patrol car and bite her own hand. Her Miami attorney says there is little evidence that the 110-pound woman posed such a danger to police that repeated use of a stun gun was required."At the jail I was thrown on the floor and felt electricity going through me again and again and again," Skelly said. "After a while I just pretended that I was dead because I felt dead."The lawyer has pictures that show what he says are numerous Taser gun marks as well as bruises and scrapes.A Taser gun emits 50,000 volts of electricity through two darts.
