The Miami City Commission discussed two mega-skyscrapers that are being designed to soar past the 1,000-foot mark.
The skyscrapers would be among the tallest in the world.The commissioners met to consider development of the towers near Biscayne Boulevard. During the meeting, they decided to reconvene in a month to discuss further related items, like parking around the building and traffic.The city of Miami's Planning Board has recommended approval of the towers.
